We are a husband and wife team, who fell in love with Italian Ice. It became our guilty pleasure - indulging several times a week and sometimes twice in the same day.

Oftentimes, we would be watching our favorite show, as the clock was ticketing down to less than 10 minutes to closing time. All of sudden, we'd both look at each other, with excitement, and we'd all rush out the door (our pup included because he LOVES car rides), to secure our fix. Despite the fact that the drive was more than 10 minutes, somehow we always managed to make it before the doors closed for the night. YES!

Sadly, our favorite shop closed during covid, leaving us longing for our absolutely favorite smooth and refreshing, fruity treat.

Fast forward a few years, and after many trials and tribulations, we are so very excited to be crafting our own Italian Ice and we are overwhelmingly excited to share it with you and your family!
